Official Program Event Information

This form is used to submit your event into the Official Program Booklet.

Use either the online form, or a form that can be downloaded at bottom of page or pick one up from Garon Gembe or at a meeting.

EVENT SUBMISSIONS AFTER JUNE 1 WILL ONLY BE ON THE WEBSITE.

Please submit one form per event.  If your event is multiple days and is the same, only one form is needed.  If your event is multiple days but the description of the event is different, please submit a new form for each event.  

All information will be printed as typed and submitted.
