Terms and Conditions

Windows will be assigned by the committee on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants may request particular windows, but there is no guarantee of availability. 


Judging will take place on the morning of August 3 at 9:00 am. There will be a first and second place awarded in each of the seven categories, as well as an overall winner, with prize money being awarded in the amount of $150, $100 and $150, respectively.


The Window Display Committee reserves the right to refuse participation if it is felt that the proposed display is not appropriate. 


Once registered and assigned a window, it is the responsibility of those setting up a display to make the proper arrangements with the merchant whose window they will be using. 


Those setting up displays are entirely responsible for items used in the displays. Participating merchants, the Old Home Week Committee, and the Window Display Committee will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.


Please note that there is no registration fee.
