Walking Tour of Downtown Historical Churches

Tour assembles at Stop #1 - Greencastle Presbyterian Church, 52 W Baltimore St

There are seven stops on this years Walking Tour. As we begin at the Greencastle Presbyterian Church, we proceed to the Greencastle Church of Brethren, Assembly of God Church (corner of Franklin and Washington Streets), First United Methodist Church, Evangelical Lutheran Church, Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church (now the Greencastle Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine), and the Grace United Church of Christ.

Allison-Antrim Museum House (air conditioned) and the 1860s German Bank Barn (air conditioned with ADA accessible bathrooms), 365 South Ridge Avenue: Open House, self-guided tours. 

Special Exhibits:In the Barn’s South Exhibit Bay: The late Katty Grosh’s collection of Old Home Week ribbons and programs will be displayed. Select artifacts from the Ebbert Spring archeological collection. And…a special collection of Nelson “Nellie” Fox memorabilia. In the Irwin Museum House – Phillip Baer’s grand piano and tuxedo.

"Old Boys Baseball Game"

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Player registration starts at 2:30 pm, with the baseball game held from 3pm-5pm. Team T-shirts will be given to the players. Free drinks and hotdogs provided.
